A brief stop at Valley Forge National Park before heading to a photography session in NYC. This is the National Memorial Arch at Valley Forge. Trying out a 21mm 1.8 lens on the Leica and thought the Arch’s lines would be a great subject to test distortion.

A few images of President Clinton and Bill Gates with moderator Tamron Hall from yesterday’s Peterson Foundation 2013 Fiscal Summit at the Mellon Auditorium in Washington DC. I was happy to work for the Peterson Foundation again on this event. Thanks to my fellow photographer Ralph Alswang for recommending me.

Days leading up to this wedding had the weather as being real bad the day of the wedding. Luckily Southern weather is constantly changing as the bad weather stayed away until the very end of the day. The Burrus House is just a great location for a wedding. The Bride & Groom drove away in this car at the end of the night. More later!

Lucky enough to get the chance to photograph a crop duster in Belzoni, Mississippi while heading to the Jackson MS Airport. The weather was not looking good so I was surprised to see some out. I just love the sound of their engines, the high pitch hum right before they come into view above the tree tops.

Amazing spring weather in New Orleans for this wedding at the House of Blues. The bride & groom second lined right after the ceremony in the Voodoo Garden to the Parish for the wedding reception.

Hundreds of people and possibly hundreds of tripods, early morning sunrise, traffic. Name three things I normally dislike. However this was my first time seeing the Cherry Blossoms in bloom in Washington DC around the tidal basin. Amazing how many people get out to see this! Instead of focusing on the blooms I found it way more interesting to focus on the people, the amateur and professional photographers, the rows of tripods, the daily joggers, the clearly annoyed cyclists, the business travelers in flight, the folks going to work attempting to avoid the tourists.
